Encore une belle journée... sous la pluie !
Et oui, nos amis sont partis ce matin sous une pluie battante, une petite éclaircie et rebelote la pluie battante à nouveau... La petite troupe se trouve à Khare à 3 500 m, un peu plus bas qu'hier, près de la rivière Inkhu Khola. Environ 5 h de marche sur des pierres glissantes et au cœur d' une végétation luxuriante.
La surprise de découvrir les traces d'un gros ours et les reste de son repas (essentiellement des brassées de bambous). Maintenant, ils sont à l'abri dans le lodge "Mahakalung", tenu par un Népalais de l'ethnie Raï qui fut en son temps "summiter" de l'Everest.
Khare est un petit village d'une vingtaine de maison, un seul occidental qui va vers le col de l'Amphu Lapsa les précède. et demain, en route vers Tanghnag avec un espoir : voir la couleur du ciel et du soleil !

Another beautiful day... under the rain!
And yes, our friends left this morning in a pouring rain, a small thinning and here we are at it again : pelting rain again... The small troop is at Khare 3,500 m, a little lower than yesterday, near the Inkhu Khola River. About 5 hours of walking on slippery stones and in the heart of lush vegetation.
The surprise of discovering the traces of a big bear and the leftovers of his meal (mainly loads of bamboo). Now they are sheltered in the "Mahakalung Lodge”, held by a Nepalese member of the Raï ethnic group who was in his time "summiter" of Everest. Khare is a small village of about twenty houses, a western threshold that reaches to the pass of Amphu Lapsa precedes them; and tomorrow, they will be oon the way to Tanghnag with one hope: to be able to see the color of the sky and the sun!
